Shame on me for trusting you to be good on your word and deliver my copy of “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” on audio CD’s. Shame on me for believing you could be good on your sweatshop using, employee abusing word. The screenshot of the email that I received from them (pictured above) says it all. If you say you are going to do something… DO IT.

When I called to get to the bottom of the crap job they did, the “associate” attempted to make ME feel stupid for not knowing there was a delay. I guess I am stupid, for placing an order at Wal-Mart.com.
